Samenvatting
 

Managers of small and medium sized businesses are failry well known with concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The most applied CSR measures are connected with a good human resource management. The main motives to take SCR measures is because it is cost-effective and correct. The costs of CSR are limited.


The mamagers of the small and medium sized businesses think that local societal economical problems are the most important for the continuity of their business. Environmental problems are less important. If the managers have to choose between future perspectives, they choose the perspective with a high economical growth in which the global market is becoming more important.
